Alan Miller is the Facilities Director for the Londonderry School District, having held the position since 2021. Previously, they served as the Director of Maintenance for the Pelham School District from 2006 to 2021, overseeing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. Prior to that, Alan worked as a Maintenance Technician for the North Andover Housing Authority from 1996 to 2005, where they maintained multiple housing complexes. Their career began at Malonie Properties as an Assistant Superintendent from 1994 to 1996, supervising a maintenance staff and working on building rehabilitation projects. Alan is currently certified in FEMA-ICS100 and ICS-700.
