Sophie Garner currently serves as the Interim Director of Education and Learning for the London Borough of Lambeth. Previously, they held the position of Inclusion and Development at The Dunraven Educational Trust from 2022 to 2023. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Sophie also served as Assistant Head Teacher at The Elmgreen School from 2015 to 2023, where they led various initiatives focused on inclusion and mental health. Additionally, they have held roles at Cricket Green School and Perseid School, specializing in English and behavior support. Sophie is currently pursuing several advanced degrees, including a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Education and Teaching and a Master's in Special and Inclusive Education from UCL.
