Tarese Dubiel, MBA, CPRP, currently serves as the Senior Director at Locumsmart, overseeing vendor relations and implementation since February 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Marshfield Clinic Health System from November 2006 to February 2024, where Tarese held multiple roles, including Director of Physician & APC Recruitment & Onboarding, and was responsible for strategic operations, recruitment, contract negotiation, and budget management. Tarese also contributed as Director of Finance and Market Chief Financial Officer, participating in high-level decision-making for hospital operations. Tarese’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lakeland University, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
