Robert Ley is the Vice President of Engineering & Technology at ADP. Ley has held various leadership positions across major aerospace companies, including Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Executive Engineering Director at Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Additionally, Ley has extensive experience in engineering management and specialized roles at Northrop Grumman and Boeing. Ley earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech and continues to pursue an M.S. in Engineering at UCLA.
