Paula Smith Hartley serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Tactical Missiles for Missiles and Fire Control at Lockheed Martin. Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Performance and General Manager in Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems business, with responsibilities spanning the design and delivery of advanced defense products. Hartley has also been recognized with multiple awards, including Engineer of the Year and Lockheed Martin’s NOVA Award, and has garnered two patents for the development of friction stir welding. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tulane University.
