Jason Early is currently a Systems Engineer Sr. Staff - Lead at Lockheed Martin, having begun this role in 2024. Previously, they contributed to various engineering positions, including as an ECM Technician in the USMC from 1999 to 2004, and as an I&C Engineer at AREVA NP from 2008 to 2015, where they focused on safety instrumentation and controls. Jason held a position as a Product Support Engineer at GE Aviation from 2015 to 2018 and was a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer at Honeywell from 2018 to 2023, leading the development of a navigation system for the F-35. They have experience in substation design as an Engineer at The Shaw Group/Pike Electric and served as a Teaching Assistant/Project Manager while pursuing their BSEE in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2007.
