Hersel (Jay) Johnson is a Deputy Task Order Manager at Leidos, where they have also served as Associate Manager and Acting Deputy Task Order Manager since 2016. Before joining Leidos, they worked at Lockheed Martin as an Aeronautical Information Analyst Senior and led the Airport Mapping Team. In addition, Hersel has experience as a Civil Designer, CAD Manager, and CAD Draftsman at C.L.S.I from 1997 to 2008. They are currently pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Land Design Technology.
