Dominic Christian is the Global Chairman of Reinsurance Solutions at Aon UK and serves as the Deputy Chairman of Lloyd's. With a career that began as a Road Sweeper in the City of London, Dominic has held various leadership roles within Aon, including CEO of Aon UK Limited and co-CEO of Aon Benfield. Committed to community support, inclusion, and climate change advocacy, they co-founded the Dive-In Festival to promote cultural fairness within the industry. Dominic holds a BA Hons in History from the University of East Anglia and emphasizes the importance of working with people who inspire and the need for long-term solutions to global challenges.
