With over 14 years of experience, they have championed key initiatives to foster an inclusive workforce across various sectors. Previously, they led Gender, Life Stages, and Family within Lloyds' DE&I team and also completed a secondment with the FTSE Women Leaders Review, enhancing the representation of women in leadership roles. Charlie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from Cardiff University and further studies at SUNY New Paltz.
