Dr. Kamalakar Nandre has extensive experience in research and development, having held various managerial positions in reputable companies. Dr. Nandre worked as a Joint Manager and later as a Deputy Manager at Atul Ltd from April 2018 to March 2021, followed by the role of R&D Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited from March 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, Dr. Nandre served as an Assistant Manager at Atul Limited from November 2013 to September 2016 and currently holds the position of R&D Manager and Director at L&L Products from June 2023 to November 2024. Dr. Nandre began a professional career as a Research Associate at Innovasynth Technologies Limited in Khopoli from May 2008 to March 2009. Dr. Nandre earned a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from North Maharashtra University, completing studies between 2006 and 2013.
