Andrew Lawrence is the Director of Engineering at Lippert, where they lead the Axle Engineering group and oversee the design and development of axles, brakes, and suspensions for the RV, utility, and marine trailer markets since 2025. Previously, they held various roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Senior Engineer, Senior Engineering Manager for Cross Functional Quality, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Senior Project Manager, gaining extensive experience in product development and quality management. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
