Gihan Vidanapathirana is a Senior Vice President and Head of Procurement at Lion Brewery, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Gihan served as an Assistant Manager of Procurement at Nestlé from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for a substantial spend portfolio and led initiatives in sustainable packaging. Gihan's early career includes an internship at Fonterra and various roles in logistics and supply chain management, including vessel planning and team leadership in the Moraspirit Initiative. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Moratuwa and are currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Colombo.
