Matthew Polito is currently the Director of Executive Recruitment and Corporate Functions at LinkedIn, where they have held various roles since 2022, including Senior Manager and Manager in Talent Acquisition. Previously, Matthew worked in multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Tiffany & Co., where they focused on global talent acquisition and human resources. Matthew has also gained experience at Prada Group and Hollibaugh All-Star Model & Talent Management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and International Labor Relations from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and are currently pursuing a Data Analytics Certification from General Assembly.
