Emma Flanagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across recruitment, sales management, and psychology. Emma served as a Consultant at Morgan McKinley from December 2014 to September 2016, specializing in the IT Support & Infrastructure market while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Prior to that, Emma was a Trainee Sport & Exercise Psychologist at Loughborough University from August 2013 to December 2014 and a Sales Executive at Brown Thomas from 2009 to 2011. Most recently, Emma held various positions at LinkedIn, culminating in a Sales Manager role for the UK & Ireland from October 2022 to March 2019, where leadership skills were leveraged to drive revenue growth and team performance. Emma holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from Dublin Business School and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University.
