Abigail Carlton is a social impact executive with extensive experience in advancing economic mobility through talent, technology, and cross-sector innovation. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Social Impact at Indeed and Managing Director at The Rockefeller Foundation, where they focused on creating inclusive markets and opportunities for disadvantaged populations. Abigail managed research teams at New York University and served as a Fellow at the U.S. Department of Labor.
