Jenny Tseng (Kim) serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Link Logistics Real Estate since September 2021, focusing on the acquisition, financing, and operation of logistics facilities under Blackstone's industrial platform, with a special emphasis on Development, Construction, and Sustainability. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP from July 2015 to September 2021, where representation involved public and private investors in property transactions, and as Associate Attorney at Stimmel, Stimmel & Smith, P.C., Watson Hoffe & Hass, and Luna & Glushon, providing legal counsel in various real estate, corporate, and trust matters. Jenny Tseng holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. from UC Irvine.
