Lavinia Elena Andrei, MSc ACIArb, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract and cost management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager & Strategic Sourcing Manager for Linesight, Lavinia develops sourcing strategies for hyperscale data center projects and manages the RFP process. They have held various roles including Contract Manager and Cost Engineer in freelance capacities and with multiple companies such as SC Electra M&E Engineering Systems SRL and Optim Project Management. Lavinia earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Civil Engineering University in Romania, along with a professional course from the College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom.
