Mirko Leandro De Simone currently serves as the Head of the Moulding and Packaging Department at Lindt & Sprüngli, a position held since 2014, where they oversee department organization, resource management, and production planning. They are an expert in the TPM Autonomous Maintenance Pillar and play a key role in training and education support within the department. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2011, they were the Head of the Moulding Department and the Head of Line in the same department, focusing on quality standards and production efficiency. Mirko is also pursuing a Diploma di Geometra from Istituto tecnico per Geometri PL Nervi.
