Joel Burrows is the CEO of Lindt UK and Ireland, with regional responsibility for Lindt Nordics and Benelux. Passionate about Lindt chocolate, they currently lead initiatives to enhance market share and brand equity within the organization. Prior to this role, Burrows served as the President and CEO at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company from 2018 to 2024 and held various positions at Lindt & Sprüngli, including UK Sales Director and UK and Ireland Managing Director. Their career also includes experience as Tesco Account Director at United Biscuits and Grocery Controller at Danone.
