Jay T. Shearon is currently the Vice President and Managing Director, overseeing Multi-Asset Strategies at Lincoln Financial, a role held since 2024. Previously, Jay served as the Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Multi-Asset Strategies at Lincoln Financial Group from 2015 to 2024, managing over 25 funds and more than $20 billion in assets. Jay's expertise also includes a directorial position at Morgan Stanley in Custom Investment Outsourcing and senior roles at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, specializing in portfolio construction and advisory services. Jay holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Delaware and a BSBA in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
