Emily Longwell, CEBS, is a seasoned health and welfare benefits professional with over two decades of experience in managing employer-sponsored health plans. They began their career as a Benefits Analyst at CBIZ - HDR Benefit Advisors, where they managed plans for small to mid-sized employers before advancing to roles including Manager and Director of Health and Welfare Benefits at BAE Systems, Inc. After serving as Assistant Vice President at Aon Hewitt, Emily is currently the AVP of Health and Wellness Benefits at Lincoln Financial. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
