Robert Carter is a Technical Fellow at Lincoln Electric North America since 2025. Prior to this, they served in various roles at NASA from 2015 to 2022, including Deputy Chief of the Materials and Structures Division and Chief of the High Temperature and Smart Alloys Branch. Robert holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University.
