Eric Malis is an entrepreneur, corporate attorney, startup advisor, and adjunct professor who currently serves as the Chief of Staff and General Counsel at Lincode. As co-founder and partner at Talis Partners, they specialize in providing strategic business advice and legal counsel to emerging technology companies. Eric has previously held prominent roles at firms such as Cooley LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they advised on corporate governance, M&A, and commercial transactions. They also teach entrepreneurship and innovation at Menlo College, sharing their expertise in lean startup methodologies and venture capital evaluation. Eric holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University.
