Dovi Frances is an Israeli-American venture capitalist and the Founding Partner of Group 11, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm specializing in disruptive Israeli software companies. Frances has invested over $600 million in innovative financial technology platforms, including Tipalti and Next Insurance, and serves on multiple boards and advisory roles. As a Board of Governors member at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Frances contributes to the academic community alongside a successful career in financial services prior to founding Group 11 in 2012. Frances holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and began their career as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces.
