Naama Sharoni Mamuka has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Senior Supervisor in Customer Service Line at Partner Israel until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Youth instructor at החברה לתרבות פנאי וספורט - עיריית בת-ים, where they provided coaching and personal mentoring for youth development. From 2010 to 2018, they held various roles at Aeronautics Group, including HRBP and Organizational Development Supervisor, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies and supporting organizational changes. Naama also served as a Learning and Development Supervisor, creating training materials and conducting presentations. Since 2018, Naama has been working at Lumus Ltd. as an HRBP Lead, partnering with leadership teams and providing consulting and coaching support. Finally, as of 2022, Naama has assumed the position of Human Resources Director at Lightricks.

Naama Sharoni Mamuka obtained their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Specialization in Human Resources Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. Naama pursued their education at the institute from 2007 to 2010.
