Elad Roth is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Lightricks since February 2021. Elad has developed the company's L&D strategy, designed management development programs, and led an L&D team to assess learning needs and launch various initiatives. Previously, Elad worked as a Senior Organizational Consultant at Lotem, where responsibilities included launching customized evaluation services and conducting data analyses. Engagement with Jolt.io involved teaching Presentation Design, while prior positions at Knesset included roles as Team Coordinator and VIP Delegation Guide. Elad holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communications from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
