Rose Morelock is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience as a C-Level Executive, specializing in multi-unit operations across corporate and franchise sectors. Currently serving as Texas Consultant and Director of Operations at Lightbridge Academy since March 2025, Morelock also founded RMM CONSULTANT GROUP, LLC in May 2019, where Rose holds the position of President. Morelock's extensive background includes significant roles such as Vice President of Operations at Imagine Early Education and Childcare and Children's Lighthouse, and Vice President Talent Acquisition at Children's Learning Adventure, where Morelock played a crucial role in opening large childcare centers in the DFW market. Additionally, Morelock serves as a Board Member at the Texas Licensed Child Care Association and has held various operational leadership roles at KinderCare, Children's World, and other early childhood education organizations. Morelock is a graduate of Texas Christian University.
