James Skahn currently serves as the District Community Development Coordinator for LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, a position held since January 2021. In this role, James manages the region's calendar, assists with logistics, and enhances the organization's public image in the greater Jacksonville and Putnam regions of Florida. Responsibilities include conducting media interviews, presenting on blood donation, and networking to grow the donor and blood drive host base. Prior to this, James was an Account Manager at LifeSouth, overseeing relations with numerous accounts and organizing blood drives. Previous experience also includes serving as a Recovery Specialist at ERC, where James handled delinquent accounts, and as an Intake Specialist/Trainer at Farah & Farah, providing communication and assessment for prospective clients. James holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
