Nadia Aziz, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources systems and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for HR Systems at Lifepoint Health® since November 2025, Nadia previously worked as an HR Operations & Systems Consultant at PCG | Project Consulting Group and held various roles at SmileDirectClub, including Manager of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Atlanta Pediatric Therapy and a District Training & Development Manager at Groupe Dynamite, where contributions included meeting sales targets and overseeing new store openings.
