Currently serving as the CYF Safeguarding Incident Manager at Life Without Barriers, Zoe leads high-risk incident responses and compliance efforts while applying trauma-informed practices. Previously, Zoe managed After-Hours Services and oversaw large-scale service delivery that prioritized the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
