Lucy Wade is currently the Director for South Australia in Children Youth & Families, Alcohol & other Drugs at Life Without Barriers, a role they have held since 2023. They also serve as a Board Member for Child and Family Focus SA since 2024. Previously, Lucy was the Regional Director at the Department for Child Protection, South Australia from 2015 to 2023, and they held various positions including Director of Offender Rehabilitation Services at the Department for Correctional Services South Australia from 2012 to 2015. Lucy's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership from Coventry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Policy from The University of Hull.
