Timothy Mergenthal is a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Lido Advisors, LLC, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at the same firm from 2022 to 2024. Mergenthal also has experience as the Manager of Corporate Development at FLEETCOR (2019-2021) and as an Associate at Lindsay Goldberg (2016-2018). They began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst and completed a summer internship at Greenhill & Co. in 2013. Mergenthal earned a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia in 2014.
