Mitsu Diley, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding senior leadership roles including Retired Marketing VP & Region Director and Vice President of Distribution & Marketing at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 2004 to the present. Responsibilities included providing marketing leadership, developing strategic business plans, and managing agency compensation and contracts. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Mitsu served as Marketing VP at OneBeacon Insurance, overseeing marketing agency management in New Jersey and New York, and held the position of President & COO at both Great Oaks Insurance Company and Harleysville Insurance Company, where full P&L responsibility was undertaken. Mitsu's career began at Midwestern Indemnity as an underwriter and includes notable roles in marketing management at Safeco and American States Insurance. Educational background includes a BA in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and two years of pre-med studies at Ohio Northern University.
