Jennifer Koys is a strategy and operations management leader with extensive experience in analytics and team collaboration. They began their career as an Analyst at Mattersight Corporation from 2011 to 2012, where they developed skills in testing call center analytics software. Jennifer has since held several roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Assistant Director of Channel Engagement Analytics from 2017 to 2019 and currently serves as Director of Insights & Solutions Enablement, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of a 200-member analytics team. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
