Renee Wilm is a seasoned corporate, legal, and strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in managing and negotiating complex legal and business matters. Currently serving as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Liberty Media, Renee oversees legal, corporate, and administrative functions for multiple public companies. Previously, Renee held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., where they led the organization from inception to the completion of a race event. Renee also served as a Senior Partner at Baker Botts LLP, focusing on M&A, capital markets, and corporate governance. They earned a BBA in Finance with High Honors from Hofstra University and a JD, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law.
