Chris Mumford, ISHC, is the Managing Director at Cervus Leadership Consulting, where they provide advisory services in leadership and talent to the global hospitality sector. A founding member of the Hospitality Resilience Series, Chris is dedicated to supporting hospitality leaders in enhancing resilience. With a background in executive search and compensation consulting, Chris previously served as Managing Director at AETHOS Consulting Group and President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at HVS Executive Search. They are also the Head of Leadership Services at HoCoSo and a board advisor to LHC International. Chris has lived in Germany, Japan, and New York, and currently resides in London.
