Stephanie Decker serves as the Executive Director at LHC Group, overseeing CareTenders Home Healthcare since June 2022. Concurrently, Stephanie holds the same title at Nurse On Call, also from June 2022. Prior to these roles, Stephanie was the Executive Director at Angels of Mercy Home Care from September 2020 to June 2022, and held the position of Area Executive Director and Executive Director at Kindred at Home between September 2016 and February 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Home Health for Indiana at ViaQuest, Inc., and various leadership roles at Amedisys Home Health, including Shared Services Area Director and Director of Operations. Stephanie began professional nursing as an RN Case Manager at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. Educationally, Stephanie earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Indianapolis between 2003 and 2006.
