Mike Cherry, Ed.D., PCC, has extensive experience in organizational leadership and faculty development. Notably, Mike served as the Chair of the University Faculty Development Committee at Lewis University from August 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing faculty support across various colleges. As an Associate Professor and later a Professor of Organizational Leadership, Mike contributed to the growth of adult business programs, focusing on the human aspects of leadership. In addition to academic roles, Mike is the Founder and President of Cherry and Associates, providing coaching for high-potential leaders, and serves as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp. Mike has also held faculty positions at multiple universities, honing expertise in diverse business disciplines. With advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, Mike emphasizes ethical leadership and organizational change in professional development endeavors.
