Matthew Katich is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations for JP Morgan Chase Service Programs at Lessen and as the Director of Operations for Service Programs at SMS Assist, L.L.C. They have developed and executed significant service operations programs, managing large-scale budgets and improving financial performance. Matthew previously held roles as a Team Leader in the US Army, a Customer Experience Manager at The Gwen, and a National Marketing & Operations Manager at The Black Sheep, where they consistently exceeded revenue goals. Matthew is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at DePaul University.
