McKenzie Keating is a seasoned nonprofit finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic planning across various prestigious institutions. Having held leadership roles such as Director of Finance and Development Director, McKenzie has been instrumental in enhancing financial frameworks and fostering community engagement within various organizations. Currently, McKenzie serves as the Senior Director of Finance & Controller at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, where they oversee financial operations and ensure the organization's fiscal health. McKenzie holds a B.Sci. in Finance from Babson College and has previously contributed to notable organizations such as the Brooklyn Museum and the Guggenheim Museum.
