Inna Pakhilina is the Head of HR Projects Department at Leroy Merlin, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, Inna served as the head of the personnel service at Leroy Merlin from 2008 to 2012 and was the executive director at Группа компаний "Алеан" from 2006 to 2008.
