Tom Magowan is currently a Principal Structural Dynamics Analyst at Leonardo, where they have previously served as a Senior Structural Dynamics Analyst, leading the department on AW159/Lynx platforms. With extensive experience in designing Active Vibration Control systems, Tom has demonstrated capabilities in various areas including FE modeling and modal testing. They hold an MEng in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath, where they studied from 2010 to 2015, and have also completed engineering placements in multiple disciplines, including structural dynamics and flight control systems. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a lifeguard at Cascades Leisure Centre and completed an engineering internship at Rolls-Royce.
