Simone Martini is a seasoned plant manager specializing in manufacturing and supply chain management within the aerospace and defense industry at Leonardo S.p.A. Since 2020, Simone has served as the VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at the Montevarchi Plant, following a previous role as Head of Material and Delivery Management in the Airborne and Space System Division. With earlier experience at Power-One and Sirio Panel S.p.A. as a Product Certification Engineer and Engineering for Manufacturing Manager, respectively, Simone has developed expertise in material planning, process improvement, and customer interface. Simone earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, completing their studies in 2001.
