Simona Pandolfi is currently the VP of AIR Programs at Leonardo, where they manage a significant business portfolio exceeding 100 million Euros. With over fifteen years of experience in customer-focused roles in the Defence Industry, Simona has a proven record in leading complex projects and achieving financial targets. They previously held positions such as Business Area Manager and Project Manager at Leonardo, demonstrating success in logistics and project management for the Typhoon Weapon System. Simona holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Federico II University of Naples, both with honors.
