Michael Runge, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Leonardo DRS, where they lead strategic HR initiatives while serving on the Senior Leadership Team. With experience as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Laird Technologies and as an HR Consultant, Michael has contributed to various HR projects, including recruitment and policy creation. They hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Lindenwood University in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, respectively. Additionally, Michael volunteered on the Board of Directors for the National Human Resources Association - St. Louis Chapter, overseeing financial responsibilities for the affiliate.
