Jonathan R. Williams, P.E. is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia with over 30 years of experience in complex technical projects spanning the technology and engineering product development cycle. They are currently the Technical Director at LeoLabs Federal, specializing in electronics, radar, electronic warfare, and advanced digital signal processing. Previously, Williams held various prominent roles, including Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff at the U.S. Navy Second Fleet and Master Instructor at the United States Naval Academy, where they launched a new Cyber Engineering curriculum. Williams's career highlights include leading engineering efforts at notable organizations such as Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics Mission Systems, as well as serving as President and Chief Engineer of Kerbd Engineering, a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
