Johann Balasse is a mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the design and management of engineering projects. Currently employed at LEM since November 2019, Johann focuses on designing smart sensors for the automotive industry. Prior to this role, Johann served as a mechanical project leader at Ingenico from March 2008 to October 2019, overseeing mechanical product design, project management, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration, while also managing supplier interactions and supporting product industrialization. Earlier career experiences include positions as a mechanical design engineer at ABMI and a mechanical designer at Extreme Quirin Design. Johann holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design and an IUP degree in Mechanical Design from the University of Montpellier.
