Tracee Sanders, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with a robust background in diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Leidos since September 2019, Tracee previously held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Oceaneering for four years, overseeing HR for several specialized business units. With prior experience as Corporate HR Manager at U.S. Silica Company and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Trans-Tech Inc., Tracee has successfully managed HR functions focused on talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations. Additionally, Tracee’s early career included significant roles at Imerys, where strategic HR initiatives for multiple business units were developed and implemented. Tracee holds a B.S. in HR Management from California State University - East Bay and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
