Previously, Donald was the Vice President for Medical Development and Executive Medical Director at Avera Health, where contributions to telemedicine connected over 600 locations in 32 states, and Chief of Staff at Avera McKennan Hospital, focusing on quality and patient safety. Donald's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, an MBA from the University of Mary, and a residency in Emergency Medicine from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.
