Chad Haferbier is a results-oriented leader with over ten years of experience in private industry and National Defense organizations, notably as a key member of the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office. They served as Chief of Staff and Program Integration from 2016 to 2019, where they executed executive leadership strategies and resolved organizational issues. Currently, Chad holds positions as Vice President, Multi-Domain Operations Division Manager and Multi-Domain Solutions Division Manager at Leidos. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA from Bellevue University.
